I would start with the Rahua line. when I see that my skin, hair and inflammatories are taken care of a sense of youth starts crawling into the well-kept spaces. Might as well say that Rahua may fill it in order to renew.

I’m going to keep going to EMDR therapy. It helps so much for PTSD! It helped me learn to set boundaries with a lot of people in 2019. This year i’m going to be focused on self-care, cord-cutting and to keep making progress in therapy.

On the eve of my 7th decade, I have decided that time is a construct we just don’t have much power over and that if we want to live life to the fullest we need to be as healthy as possible and love ourselves. Last year I lost 25 lbs and took that lesson to heart. I walk everyday and do yoga and although my face shows my life, I try to take care of it as much as possible. I’m an artist and I exhibit all over the country and my mindset is youthful, so I hope my body stays that way too. My mom is 104 and stopped working when she was 84, I hope I can beat her record.
